How to cash a cheque if you have a French bank (not an online bank)
In this case, you’ll only have to :
- Write your account number at the back of the cheque
- Sign underneath your own account number
- Go to your bank till (usually it’s a machine) and deposit the cheque here following the instructions on the machine
How to cash a cheque if you have an online bank
In that case, you have 2 options :
- Some online banks/neo banks don’t issue chequebooks and you cannot cash cheques. That’s the case for example with N26.
